Pneumatic Air Hoses
Pneumatic air hoses, also known as air compressor hoses, are flexible tubes used to transfer compressed air from an air compressor to pneumatic tools, machinery, inflation devices, or other applications. The pneumatic hoses are generally lightweight, weather-resistant, and attach to fittings within a pneumatic system. These hoses act as a vital lifeline of a system, delivering consistent pressure and flow. The pneumatic air hoses are available in different types: bosflex, poly innerbraid, and easy couple hose, to serve various applications.
Polyconn supplies high-quality pneumatic hoses to meet your needs! Contact our team today to discuss your pneumatic application or request a quote for more detailed specifications.
Pneumatic Hoses Available
Polyconn supplies three types of pneumatic hoses, each made from different materials to suit a range of pneumatic applications. Our pneumatic air hoses are available in different sizes, colors, and lengths to suit any need. View more information about our high-quality pneumatic air hoses below.Bosflex Rubber Hose
Bosflex rubber hose is often used for air or water transfer, primarily for spraying and conveying water-based liquid fertilizers and pesticides. Additionally, these hoses are used in general industrial, automotive, and construction applications for transferring water and air. They are used in demanding environments where abrasion, resistance, and flexibility are required. Specifications and features of Bosflex rubber hoses include:- Tube/Cover: EPDM
- Reinforcement: 2-spiral fiber
- Temperature Range: 40°F to 180°F (-40°C to 100°C)
- Burst Pressure: 800 PSI (1/4” – 1/2") or 1200 PSI (3/4”)
Polyurethane Innerbraid Hose
Polyurethane innerbraid hose features a tough polyurethane core reinforced with a braided mesh to be used for high-pressure air, water, chemical, and fluid transfer, especially in medical equipment. These pneumatic hoses are highly valued for their superior flexibility, kink resistance, and chemical resistance. Polyurethane innerbraid hoses specifications and features include:- Greater pressure than unreinforced polyurethane tubing
- Resistant to weather, tearing, impact, abrasion, radiation, oils, fungus, greases, and fuels
- Light-weight
- Flexible and able to withstand heavy vibration and abrasion
- Bondable into multi-ribbon hoses
- Temperature Range: 40°F to 165°F (-40°C to 74°C)
- Working Pressure: 4:1 Safety Factor
- Vacuum Rating: To 28” Hg
- Hardness: 85 Shore “A” +/- 5
Easy Couple Rubber Hose
Easy couple rubber hoses are widely used for residential, automotive, and industrial air and fluid transfer. These pneumatic hoses feature flexibility and durability and are designed for fast, tool-free connections. Specifications and features of easy couple rubber hoses include:- Tube: Vinyl Nitrile; RMA Class A
- Cover: Neoprene MSHA approved
- Reinforcement: 1-braid fiber
- Temperature Range: 40°F to 212°F (-40°C to 100°C)
- Burst Pressure: 1200 PSI
