Pneumatic Control Valves

Pneumatic control valves are fundamental components of any pneumatic system. Designed to direct or block airflow within a pneumatic system, pneumatic valves serve a variety of applications depending on the selected model and configuration. The control valves maintain desired vacuum levels and are capable of producing a compact size for low-flow systems. Through a variety of different pneumatic control valves with unique features to operate within the pneumatic system, the right control valve will be essential to maintaining any pneumatic system.

Polyconn supplies a wide range of pneumatic control valves from our valve selection to suit any pneumatic application. Contact us for more information about our pneumatic valves or request a quote for more detailed information.

Pneumatic Valves Available

Polyconn provides many types of pneumatic control valves in a variety of configurations to help regulate the flow through your pneumatic system. Our control valves are crafted from high-quality materials to ensure dependability through system operations. Each pneumatic valve maintains different materials and options to fit with any application. Our selection of pneumatic control valves is detailed below.

Check Valves

Check valves allow air to flow in one direction and operate directly with the air that passes through. The check valves normally act as safety devices to permit air pressure in part of the circuit. Offered in nickel-plated brass or plastic with a temperature range of -4°F to 176°F (-20°C to 80°C) and working pressure of 29-116 PSI.

Flow Control Valves

Polyconn offers many types of flow control valves, such as right-angle flow control, inline flow control, composite right-angle flow control, and composite inline flow control valves. The flow control valves assist with controlling flow in one direction to be metered and allow free flow in the reverse direction. Designed with nickel-plated brass and other components, each flow control valve has a temperature range of -4°F to 176°F (-20°C to 80°C) and a vacuum pressure range of 250 PSI.

Needle Valves

Needle valves are manufactured with aluminum to control the precise flow of liquids and gases, particularly in applications requiring fine adjustments. Maintaining brass parts, needle valves have a temperature range of -4°F to 176°F (-20°C to 80°C) with a working vacuum pressure of 250 PSI.

Pilot Operated Check Valves

Pilot-operated check valves allow free flow of air from the inlet port through the outlet port to be used in applications requiring an actuator to be locked in position. Designed with threaded banjo or push-to-connect fittings with sealant on the NPT male threads, the pilot-operated check valves have a port size of 10-32. Crafted with anodized aluminum and nickel-plated brass threads, these maintain a temperature range of 14°F to 158°F (-10°C to 70°C) and an operating pressure range of 1 bar to 10 bar.

Relief Valves

Polyconn provides many types of relief valves, including vacuum, low flow, high flow, low flow coded, or high flow coded relief valves to automatically relieve excess pressure in the pneumatic system. All relief valves are made with varying materials such as brass, stainless steel, nylon, and nitrile. Each relief valve has varying temperature ranges from -65°F to 400°F and pressure ranges as low as 25 PSI to 450 PSI, depending on the valve.

Shut-Off Valves

Shut off valves are important components in fluid power systems as they turn off the pressure to a circuit or device to protect the system. The shut-off valves are available in many different types, such as brass ball valves, composite push-to-connect valves, or stainless steel ball valves. Temperature ranges depend on the valve, but common ranges are 32°F to 140°F (0°C to 60°C) with a pressure range up to 150 PSI.

Sleeve Operated Valves

Sleeve-operated valves combine high flow capability with short stroke to ensure smooth opening/closing operation in the pneumatic system. Available in either brass or aluminum with a temperature range of 41°F to 140°F (5°C to 60°C) and a working pressure of 0-140 PSI.
