We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Polyconn Product Return Process

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding shipping fees. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@polyconn.com or 763-559-0388  for a return authorization and shipping instructions.
 
Please note: Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
All return requests must be approved prior to shipment.
